      • (b) Previous Clients: Organisations that have previously been engaged in a service agreement with Unison Shire Group PTY LTD (ABN 40 668 332 161) (trading as Co Launch) or with Co Launch under any previous trading name or structure.
      • (c) Companies where Co Launch Principals or Senior Management Held Significant Prior Roles: Organisations where an owner, director, or senior manager of Unison Shire Group PTY LTD (ABN 40 668 332 161) (trading as Co Launch) was previously employed or engaged in a high-level executive or managerial capacity prior to their involvement with Co Launch. Such roles are specifically limited to Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or equivalent senior marketing leadership positions and expressly do not include roles of lesser significance or responsibility.
    • 14.2.3 No Implied Endorsement or Current Affiliation for All Logos: The display of a logo does not in every instance imply a current, ongoing formal client-agency relationship with Co Launch. Specifically, for logos falling under category 14.2.2(c), the association represents historical senior-level experience of our team members within those organisations, contributing to the collective expertise of Co Launch. It does not imply that these companies are current or past clients of Co Launch itself, nor does it imply any endorsement of Co Launch by these companies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    • 14.2.4 Accuracy and Clarification: We strive for accuracy in all representations. If you have any questions regarding the nature of our relationship with any entity whose logo is displayed, please contact us for clarification.
    • 14.2.5 Use of Your Logo (For Clients): If you are a client of Co Launch, you agree that we may use your company name and logo on our website and in our marketing materials for the purpose of showcasing our client portfolio and work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
